Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What does «Analog Soul. Digital Precision.» mean?

It means we have moved beyond the need for expensive physical hardware. Our process is designed to use world-class emulation technology, achieving the warmth, punch, and harmonic saturation of classic audio (the Analog Soul), combined with the exactness, clarity, and loudness demanded by the modern digital environment (Digital Precision).

Which release parameters do your masters comply with?

Our Mastering services are designed to meet or exceed all loudness and peak requirements of the major platforms. We deliver files optimized for Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and TIDAL, ensuring your music plays back consistently in any environment.

How long does it take to deliver my project?

Our delivery times vary depending on the service and workload, but are generally: Mastering: 1 to 3 business days. Standard Mixing: 3 to 6 business days (depending on the track count). Complete Package (Mixing & Mastering): 5 to 9 business days.

If you don’t use physical hardware, how do you guarantee the analog character?

We guarantee the Analog Character (warmth and depth) through the strategic use of a premium emulation plugin chain (tubes, tape, and transformers) that faithfully replicates the desired textures and imperfections of classic hardware. For internal purposes, our process must meet 5 key sonic attributes, including Harmonic Saturation and Musical Compression (Glue).

What format and quality should I submit for Mixing or Mastering?

We recommend sending files without clipping or limiters on the master bus, in WAV or AIFF format, with a bit depth of 24-bit or 32-bit float and a sample rate of 44.1 kHz or higher. The better the source, the more powerful the analog result will be.

What types of payment do you accept?

At this time, all payments must be made via PayPal, and the total cost of the service must be paid before sending your files so we can begin working on them.
